Welcome to Constable House

Constable House is a provider of respite care and is situated in Howard Road, in the St John’s area of Worcester. The home can cater for six Adults with learning disabilities/complex needs who require respite care.

Constable House has recently undergone extensive redecoration and refurbishment to make the facilities as ‘homely’ as they can be. We have created a harmonious environment by paying attention to detail, there has not been a compromise in decorating and equipping the home, reflecting our belief that individuals respond to quality surroundings and person centered care. The contemporary flavour creates a warm and homely atmosphere that is non-institutional and the spacious communal environment balances intimacy and privacy for each individual.

Constable House is registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) in line with the Health & Social Care Act 2008; as such it is regularly inspected to ensure compliance.

At Constable House, we feel that feedback from those who use the service and those that support them is paramount in ensuring a level of service that best meets their needs.

Accordingly, as well as seeking feedback on a regular basis by a visit/phone call after each stay, we welcome comments, suggestions, queries and concerns, and aim to be open and responsive as they arise.
